Hi, I'm Emily!

I’m a yoga teacher and coach. 

I don’t just teach you the tools for stress relief and burnout prevention, I help you put them into action so you can overcome depletion with compassion and confidence.

Consistent, compassionate self-care is key
to the change
you crave.

I don’t spend hours at the gym and subscribe to restrictive diets to feel my best, and I bet you don’t want to either.

I spent years of my life thinking maybe I just didn’t have what it takes to succeed in my career AND have space for a personal life.

During my time in healthcare, I worked and studied, up-leveled my certifications, pursued clinical research, and attended extra trainings.  With each achievement I didn’t feel like I’d made it, instead I felt like I had to chase the next goal.

When I look back on that time, I know it could have gone differently.  So I have made it my mission to help women in health and wellness reimagine how they care for themselves.  


Helping women find peace amongst the complicated reality of modern life lights me up!

Hearing words like “I feel like I have more time with my patients” and “I finally got a good night’s sleep” remind me that we could all use a little help managing the very real stress that comes with trying to balance work and life.

I'm known for keeping it real.

Meaning I provide a space for clients to get in touch with their dreams and creativity, we work through mindset blocks and burnout, AND we do it all with the intention of keeping their lives on track.  We’re not abandoning reality here.
