When I was working in healthcare I found myself overwhelmed by the demands of inpatient care and completely unprepared for how to handle the stress of my job on top of the wants and needs of my personal life.  

 

 

I worked and studied, up-leveled my certifications, pursued clinical research, and attended extra trainings.  With each achievement I didn’t feel like I’d made it, instead I felt like I had to chase the next goal.

When I look back on that time, I know it could have gone differently.  So I have made it my mission to help all women in health care reimagine how they care for themselves.  

 

We’re not just shifting the way we do things, we’re shifting our entire perspective.

Here’s how we structure our time together:

 

  • Six (6) 1-hr LIVE custom yoga classes, scheduled at your convenience, and completed in person (if local to Kansas City) or via Zoom

  • Three (3) 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions at the beginning, middle, and end of the program 

  • Weekly session notes with practices, prompts, and affirmations delivered directly to your inbox

  • Ongoing support and accountability via messaging and email

 

 

At the end of this program you will have:

 

  • An individualized daily self-care routine that works with your lifestyle and schedule 

  • A deep understand of your individual needs and solid confidence in knowing exactly how to get those needs met

  • A precise blueprint on how to recognize the stress response within your body and how to complete it so that you can leave work stress at work and be fully present with those you love

  • A go-to movement practice for days when you have time and energy to complete it AND effective options for replenishing your spirit on days when you feel depleted

  • Renewed patience, clarity, and vision
