Here’s how we structure our time together:

Six (6) 1-hr LIVE private yoga classes, scheduled at your convenience, and completed in person (if local to Kansas City) or via Zoom

Three (3) 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions at the beginning, middle, and end of the program

A full color printed program guide with practices, prompts, and affirmations

Access to my pre-recorded video library

Ongoing support and accountability via messaging and email
