Here’s how we structure our time together:

 

  • Six (6) 1-hr LIVE private yoga classes, scheduled at your convenience, and completed in person (if local to Kansas City) or via Zoom

  • Three (3) 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions at the beginning, middle, and end of the program 

  • A full color printed program guide with practices, prompts, and affirmations

  • Access to my pre-recorded video library 

  • Ongoing support and accountability via messaging and email

 

 

At the end of this program you will have:

 

  • An individualized daily self-care routine that works with your lifestyle and schedule 

  • A deep understanding of your individual needs and solid confidence in knowing exactly how to get those needs met

  • A precise blueprint on how to recognize the stress response within your body and how to work with it, so you can be fully present with those you love
